Can I cancel?

Yes, any time, from your salon workspace. SALYX Pro stays on until the end of the period you have paid for. Annual plans are paid up front and are not refunded part-way through; cancelling stops the renewal.

What counts as a live listing?

Any published listing. SALYX Pro includes three at a time for each location. Need more at once? Publish extra listings for £10 each, live for 30 days.

We have more than one location.

SALYX Pro covers your first location. Each additional location is £24.99 a month (or £224.99 a year on the annual plan) and gets its own salon front and its own three live listings.

Can I message stylists on the free plan?

Stylists can find your salon and message you, and you can reply to them and to anyone who applies to your listings. Messaging a stylist first, and seeing their email, phone and Instagram, is part of SALYX Pro. That keeps stylists' details private and conversations on SALYX.
